The machine handles fine wire from 0.05 mm up to 3 mm diameter, with automatic tension control preventing wire breakage at both extremes. Up to 50 winding layers per program ensures it can handle complex multi-winding transformer designs including primary, secondary, and tertiary windings with insulation layers.

The integrated WiFi and MQTT connectivity sends real-time winding data — turn count, speed, tension, error alerts — to any MQTT broker, enabling integration with Node-RED dashboards, factory MES systems, or cloud monitoring platforms. The 7-inch touchscreen provides on-machine program management for up to 100 stored winding profiles.

Supported winding types: toroidal core winding, EI core bobbin winding, UI core winding, and multi-layer coil winding for inductors and transformers. Custom winding trajectories can also be programmed.
