1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products and Services

hjLabs.in manufactures and sells industrial automation machines, IoT devices, electronics, and automation components. We also provide custom engineering services.

  • Product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at time of publication.
  • We reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice, subject to customer approval for custom orders.
  • All prices listed on the website are indicative and in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed by invoice.
  • Availability of products is not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly if a product becomes unavailable after order placement.

3. Quote Requests and Orders

Orders placed via our website (including quote cart submissions) constitute a request for quotation. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a formal invoice and receive confirmed payment or a purchase order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
  • Custom automation orders require a written scope of work, signed quotation, and deposit payment before work commences.
  • Lead times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by material shortages, logistics disruptions or force majeure events.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST at the prevailing rate will be added to invoices for Indian customers.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees in the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Payment is due as per the terms stated on the invoice. Standard terms are 50% advance, balance before dispatch for new customers.
  • We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and international wire transfer. We do not accept cash.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product designs, schematics, CAD files, firmware, and branding — is the intellectual property of hjLabs.in unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Custom designs created for a specific customer project remain the intellectual property of hjLabs.in unless a written IP assignment agreement is separately executed.

6. Warranty

  • Standard products carry a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions.
  • Custom automation machines carry a 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified in the project contract.
  • Warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, power surges, or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty claims must be raised by email to [email protected] with photographic/video evidence of the defect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, hjLabs.in shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of our products or services
  • Loss of production, revenue or profit resulting from machine downtime
  • Damage caused by improper installation or use contrary to our instructions

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:
