Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window
We accept return requests made within 7 calendar days of the delivery date as confirmed by the courier's tracking system. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defect (which are handled under warranty).
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition â it must not have been installed, operated, powered on, or modified.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards and cables must be included.
- The product must not show any signs of physical damage, tampering, or wear caused after delivery.
- The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-built automation machines â machines designed and manufactured to your specific requirements
- Custom PCBs or firmware â products developed specifically for a customer project
- Products that have been installed, used, powered on, or modified
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or shipping damage caused by the customer
- Software licences or digital products
- Hazardous materials or special-order components that cannot be restocked
4. How to Request a Return

- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a return decision.
- If approved, we will provide a return address. Do not send the product before receiving written approval.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked, insured courier service.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a confirmed manufacturing defect within the warranty period. We recommend retaining your return shipment tracking number as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Inspection and Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 business days. If the item meets the eligibility conditions stated above, we will process a refund within 7 business days of completing the inspection.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer/UPI). Please note that your bank may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.
7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
- Products returned without all original accessories or packaging
- Products with minor signs of handling (not qualifying as fully unused)
We will communicate the approved refund amount before processing.
8. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. In these cases:
- We will arrange collection at no cost to you.
- You may choose a replacement product or a full refund including original shipping charges.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the item has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced. Any advance payments for custom orders are non-refundable after work has begun.
