Shipping Policy

Summary: We ship within India via Blue Dart, DTDC or FedEx (5–7 business days). International orders ship via FedEx or DHL (10–20 business days). Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹5,000.

1. Dispatch Timeframe

In-stock products are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Custom automation machines and made-to-order products have individual lead times communicated at the time of quotation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays in India will be processed on the next business day.

2. Courier Partners

We use reputable courier partners for all shipments:

  • Blue Dart — preferred carrier for domestic shipments; full tracking and door-to-door delivery across India
  • DTDC — domestic shipments to smaller towns and tier-2/3 cities
  • FedEx — international shipments and domestic express delivery for time-sensitive orders
  • DHL — alternative for select international destinations

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on destination, package dimensions, and delivery urgency.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all domestic (India) orders above ₹5,000 (product value before GST).
  • Domestic orders below ₹5,000: flat shipping charge as quoted at checkout (typically ₹150–₹350 depending on weight and destination).
  • International shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Charges are shown on the invoice.
  • Large or heavy custom automation machines may require freight-on-road (FOR) arrangements. We will coordinate with you directly for these.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier name and tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the courier's website:

6. International Shipments

For orders shipped outside India:

  • Export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list) will be provided with every shipment.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT and any handling fees at the destination country are the buyer's sole responsibility.
  • Some countries may require import permits or have restrictions on electronic/automation equipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify compliance with local regulations before ordering.
  • We mark all commercial invoices with accurate product descriptions and values. We do not under-declare values on customs documents.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Accept the package but note the damage with the courier delivery staff and take photographs at time of delivery.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is processed.

For shipments that appear to be lost in transit (no delivery after the maximum estimated timeframe), please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed lost, will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or return of packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges will apply if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address.
