Do you visit our factory on-site for automation projects?
Yes. For any project in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Sanand, Mehsana, Vadodara or the broader Gujarat region we visit on-site as a default — first for scoping, then for installation, commissioning and at least one round of post-deployment hand-holding. Travel within Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad is included; for sites further out we add a small fixed visit fee. Our office is in Gandhinagar so the travel friction is low and we can usually arrange a same-week visit.
What geographic area do you cover for installation and support?

Can you retrofit IoT and automation onto our existing legacy machines?
Almost always, yes. We have retrofitted machines that are 20+ years old, including imported European and Japanese hardware where the original OEM has gone out of business. Typical retrofits add a modern PLC (Siemens S7-1200, Mitsubishi FX5, Delta DVP), HMI, current/temperature/vibration sensors, and an MQTT gateway. Brownfield retrofit projects start at around ₹50,000 per machine and scale up depending on the depth of integration.
Do you offer maintenance contracts and post-installation support?
Yes. After the warranty period (6 to 12 months depending on scope) we offer two AMC tiers. Bronze AMC covers remote support, software patches, and one on-site visit per quarter — typical pricing is 8 to 12 percent of project value per year. Gold AMC adds priority response (next-business-day on-site), unlimited remote diagnostics, and quarterly performance reviews — 14 to 18 percent of project value per year. Ad-hoc time-and-material support is available for clients who do not want a contract.
Can you share reference clients or sites in Gujarat?
We can — under NDA in most cases because the work is on customers' production lines.
