Product Description

SensorSync IoT is hjLabs.in's professional-grade analog data logger designed for engineers, researchers, and automation professionals who need reliable, long-term sensor data capture with real-time cloud visibility.

The device accepts any sensor with a standard 0–5V analog output — including pressure transducers, load cells (with signal conditioner), thermocouples (via amplifier modules), flow sensors, vibration sensors, and custom signal-conditioned outputs. All 4 channels are sampled simultaneously at up to 100 Hz, making it suitable for dynamic process monitoring.

Data is published to your MQTT broker in real time, enabling integration with popular platforms like Node-RED, Home Assistant, Grafana, AWS IoT, and Azure IoT Hub. Simultaneously, all readings are logged to the microSD card in CSV format — a 32 GB card stores months of data at 1 Hz logging rate, ensuring no data loss if WiFi is unavailable.

The onboard OLED display shows live channel readings, WiFi status, and SD card usage — no computer needed for basic monitoring. Firmware is Arduino-compatible and updatable via USB, allowing engineers to customise logging behaviour, add calibration offsets, or modify the MQTT payload format.

Frequently Asked Questions

Any sensor that outputs a 0–5V analog signal. Common examples include pressure transducers, soil moisture sensors, light intensity sensors, potentiometers, pH sensors (via transmitter), force/load cell amplifiers, and virtually any industrial 0-5V or 4-20mA (with shunt resistor) transmitter.

SensorSync supports 0–5V analog signals across all 4 input channels simultaneously. It uses a 12-bit ADC (4096 steps per channel) for high-resolution measurements, making it compatible with virtually all standard industrial analog sensors and transmitters.

Yes. SensorSync IoT connects to any MQTT broker you configure — including Mosquitto, HiveMQ, AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, and cloud platforms like ThingsBoard. Data is published in real time, enabling integration with Node-RED, Home Assistant, Grafana, and more. A Node-RED dashboard template is provided with the device.

Yes. SensorSync IoT publishes data via MQTT to any broker you configure. You can visualise it in Node-RED, Home Assistant, Grafana with InfluxDB, ThingsBoard, or any MQTT-compatible dashboard platform. A basic Node-RED dashboard template is provided with the device.

Storage duration depends on the sampling rate. At 1 Hz (1 reading per second per channel), a 32 GB microSD card stores approximately 2–3 years of continuous data. At 100 Hz, storage lasts around 8 months. Data is written in CSV format readable directly in Excel or any data analysis tool. The device keeps logging to SD even when WiFi is unavailable, ensuring no data loss.

Yes. SensorSync IoT supports 4 analog input channels (0–5V each) sampled simultaneously at up to 100 Hz per channel. All channels are logged to SD card and published via MQTT independently, making it ideal for multi-parameter monitoring applications such as pressure + temperature + flow + level.

No programming is required for standard use — the device works out of the box after entering your WiFi credentials and MQTT broker address via the USB serial configuration interface (a simple text menu). For advanced customisation, the firmware is Arduino-compatible and fully open for modification via the Arduino IDE.
